Objectives / Expected outcomes: There was no impairment of consciousness, good capillary refill, bleeding can be resolved Nursing Interventions Assess the cause of bleeding Assess skin color, hematoma, cyanosis Collaboration in the provision of adequate IVFD Collaboration in the provision of blood transfusion.
